Students, faculty and staff at San Diego Mesa College are encouraged to ride their bicycles to work as a part of the city-wide Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 18.

One of the first steps in reaching the goal of becoming the leading college of equity and excellence was looking at the system of testing and assessment for students to be placed in English classes.

Track and field athletes at San Diego Mesa College have had a successful season thus far with the men’s team winning the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference with a high score of 341 points and the women’s team taking second place.

San Diego Mesa College Canyon Day 2017, held on Saturday April 22, was a huge success even though there were multiple other events occurring which coincided with Earth Day.

On May 12, 2017, San Diego Mesa College’s Fashion Program hosts the 36th Annual Golden Scissors Fashion Show, organized and produced by Mesa fashion promotion students, where fashion design majors showcase their one-of-a-kind collections. This is a great way to bring the San Diego community together and to support local community college students.
