Private Room Reservation
Are you teaching on campus and need a room to teach an online course?  We have rooms 
up in the LOFT (4th floor of the LRC) setup with computers, web cams, headsets, whiteboards, ethernet and wireless internet access! You may reserve a room here, otherwise, these rooms are first come first serve. 

Mon – Thu 9:30am to 5pm

If you need a room after 5pm or on Friday please contact cpalesti@sdccd.edu and amacneil@sdccd.edu for arrangements.

Deadline Dates

Contract faculty flex days

For 2022-2023, the Flex obligation for contract faculty is 20 hours.
There are five (5) designated Flex days on which Contract Faculty are required to be on campus.

  • Fall 2020: August 17-19, 2022
  • Spring 2022: January 26-27, 2023

Conference and TravelRequest for Conference and Travel Funds are processed by the Conference and Travel Committee. 
All applications must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the conference and travel. Requesters will receive a response to their submission in 12 business days.

Due to limited funding, applicants may bear some of the costs of the conference and travel. Funding is not approved for tuition for classes or relaxation retreats. 

Faculty applicants should first use their allocated departmental funds. Please contact your chair about the availability of departmental funds. Department chairs, if you have questions about your budget contact your school dean. Learn more about Travel and You.
