Our mission is to remove barriers to opportunity by supporting underserved students and building an equitable workforce through hands-on, purpose-driven learning experiences. MIP Partner engagement fuels equitable access to opportunity — while helping build San Diego’s next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
