LEEP Leaders Engaging in Equity Practices

The LOFT and Success Equity and Transformation Committee developed the Leaders Engaging in Equity Practice (LEEP) for Administrators, Faculty, and Classified Professionals. The (LEEP) Series is intentionally designed to take a deeper dive into equity and personal practice. The series will engage participants--classified, faculty, and administrators--as thought partners to define equity for multiple contexts through a variety of readings, guest speakers, film screenings, facilitated discussions, interactive workshops, lectures, panels, and collaboration.
