Petition for Graduation Deadline - Commencement Program Inclusion

Friday, March 23, 2018 is the deadline to submit a Petition for Graduation for Spring 2018 graduates and to ensure your name will be included in the 2018 Commencement Program.

Requirements to Submit a Petition for Graduation:

1. Educational Plan: You have met with a counselor to create an educational plan for your degree or ceritificate. 
2. Transcripts: All official transcripts from other colleges and/or universities are on file with our district. 

Where to Submit the Petition for Graduation:

1. Online on E-Grades: https://studentweb.sdccd.edu/e-grades, OR
2. With a Counselor in EOPS, DSPS, STAR/TRIO, or General Counseling Office, OR
3. In the Evaluations Office in Room I4-306 (3rd floor of I-400 building)
