Ethnographer Extravaganza
Please join us for this semester’s Ethnographer Speaker Series! Come learn about folks who do research for a living! If you are teaching research methods, experience a work-based learning activity firsthand and see how career exploration is integrated into an English 101 course. You're welcome to send your students too.
Our 2nd speaker is the amazing Dr. Darla Cooper"a student favorite" who will talk about her career journey, from student to counselor to Executive Director of The RP Group. She led Student Support (Re)defined, a landmark research project that examined what supports student success and is currently co-directing, "Through the Gate", a research study that examines what happens with students who appear ready to transfer, but do not.
