Description: In today's demanding educational environment, educators and professionals need to ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed. This session will focus on the vital role of information literacy in academic and professional success. Miguel Murillo Ayala, MLIS, will lead the discussion on mastering research skills, evaluating sources, and integrating information literacy into the curriculum. The session will cover practical methods and foster collaborative discussion on leveraging library resources and instruction to enhance critical thinking skills among students and lifelong learners at Mesa College.
