Mesa College Athletics Offering Spring Softball Clinic

Based on the overwhelming success of the 2023 Summer Softball Clinic, the San Diego Mesa College Softball team will host another Softball Clinic on Saturday, January 20, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The Clinic is designed for local girls, ages 6-16, at all levels of experience (beginning to advanced are welcome). Over two dozen players from various local leagues �" along with some newcomers - attended the Summer 2023 clinic.

The Clinic is run by Mesa College softball coaches and players, and will focus on both defensive and offensive skills. Attendees will receive instruction and be able to participate in batting, fielding, catching, throwing and even get tips on base running. Additionally, the team will host a question and answer session, and focus on the importance of team-building and comradery.

Registration is $50 per player, with all proceeds benefiting the Mesa College Softball team. All participants will received a free t-shirt. Participants are encouraged to bring their own gear, but a limited amount of gear (such as bats) will be available for use.
