The Dreamer Resource center is attending Mira Costa to hear keynote speaker Julio Salgado, a cofounder of DreamersAdrift and an undocumented, queer artivist whose work focuses on the DREAM Act and migrant rights. Salgado's artwork has been used nationwide to raise awareness and advocate for migrant rights.
