Assignments with Equity in Mind (AEM)

The Assignments with Equity in Mind (AEM) collaborative initiative was born in 2020 and each year, a small cohort of faculty meets to share ideas and resources to help to address issues related to equity in our courses. In this session, we will discuss and explore ideas to better incorporate equitable practices into assignments, the overall curriculum, and our overall andragogy. We will also share lessons learned from our interdisciplinary and collaborative experiences that have positively impacted our students' academic success.
