Our goal is to change the "Conversation about Mental Health". Create a safe environment and a way to discuss ways to cope with stress, teach relaxation, and exercises to reduce anxiety. And talk about suicide prevention and what can we do to help? We also host games and occasionally a Book club to foster community building.
