A Student Club focused on "Changing the Conversation about Mental Health". Creating a safe environment and a way to discuss ways to cope with stress, teach relaxation, and exercises to reduce anxiety. And talk about suicide prevention and what we can do to help? We also host games and occasionally host a Book club to foster community building.
