Dr. John King is the owner and founder of San Diego Earplugs, an Audiology practice specializing in hearing conservation methods.  A musician himself, Dr. King was drawn to the field of Audiology following an undergraduate recording arts course. Of particular interest is the science of sound, hearing, and the opportunity to help others.  He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the UC San Diego / San Diego State University Audiology program in 2009. Since then, he has counseled thousands of clients in the surrounding area on hearing protection and optimization strategies.
