Join us on Wednesday's to learn new tools to cultivate intentionasl habits to improve our Mental Health. Each week we will have a professional present on topics related to life stressors and learn effective ways to manage life events that can become very overwhelming. These are a few topics that will be addressed in the WTF Wednesday workshops: Anxiety Management, Sleep Hygiene, Stress Management, Anger Management, Finance Handling, Responsible Drinking, and Managing Toxic relationships, etc. This is an open event for SD Mesa Students.
