Women's History Month: Women and Gender Bias in the Workplace

The Women’s Studies Advisory Committee is pleased to present a panel featuring women employed in various professions around San Diego. The event will feature revelations about implicit and explicit gender biases women encounter in the workforce. Panelists and the audience will also be encouraged to participate in frank conversations about tactics all persons can utilize to ensure that gender bias does not hinder occupational success.
