Geoscientist Naomi Barshi will discuss her recent experience aboard a deep-sea drilling ship dedicated to Earth Science research. On each expedition, 130 people work together to run this floating laboratory, which uses many different kinds of technology to unravel Earth’s greatest mysteries.
