Dr. James Day, Scripps Institution of Oceanography professor, will present a lecture on meteorites and what they tell us about the formation of the solar system. Learn what makes these visitors from space so incredible, and how insights gained from their scientific study have led to an improved understanding of Earth's place in the cosmos.
