Showing of documentary film about the conditions facing adjunct professors and the impacts on student learning.

This activity will increase awareness of the challenges adjunct professors face in delivering the highest quality instruction, as well as the effects on the campus community as a whole.

This workshop will improve student instruction by illuminating the conditions that the majority of faculty work under, which diminish student instruction. If we can publicize this, we can truly impact student instruction; we can improve teaching. Systemic change in required, and this kind of presentation is the beginning.
