This presentation is part of the San Diego Mesa College Fall 2016 STEM Lecture Series.
Dr. Sasha Gershunov of the Scripps Institute of Oceanography will survey evidence for global climate change and investigate expected impacts upon regional weather extremes, drought, snowpack, water resources, agriculture, and human health.
Faculty, Staff, and students will obtain awareness of the evidence for climate change and the impacts it is beginning to have in the State of California. Knowledge of contemporary issues impacting our lives is crucial component of a complete education.
