Cultural Unity Week - Boy Meets Girl

FILM: Boy Meets Girl, a delightful, sassy and touching story of a transgender girl, offset against relationships with family, friends and community. This film was produced in 2014 and has won 11 awards including Best Narrative Feature, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Director, Best Screenwriter and Best outstanding Emerging Talent at FilmOut San Diego. Additionally, the film won Best Feature Film at the Iris Prize Festival, the Louisville LGBT Film Festival, and the Best Transgender Feature at the Long Island Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, all in 2014. The Village Voice calls the film, “Admirably one of a kind!”
