Session 1 // 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM

  • Ballet - Emily Miller
    • Strengthen ballet fundamentals while building grace, balance, and coordination.
  • Modern/Graham - Spencer Powell
    • Graham Technique in the center and across the floor.
  • Body Rhythms - Summer Williams
    • Explore rhythm, coordination, and movement.

 

Session 2 // 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM

  • Tap - Christiane Villescaz
    • Explore rhythm, footwork, and musicality in a fun, engaging class.
  • Jazz - Rebekah Brown
    • Warmup, strengthening, progressions, and a fun, energetic phrase.
  • Contemporary Modern - Odessa Uno
    • Dynamic full-body movements, rich textures, and moving expansively.

 

Session 3 // 12:45 PM - 2:00 PM

  • Contemporary Ballet - Ryan Beck
    • Develop technique and confidence while exploring contemporary ballet foundations.
  • Hip Hop - Chris Lumba *Mesa College Faculty
    • This class will focus on Hip Hop basics and vocab paired with a beginner-based combination
  • Theatrical Jazz - Valerie Salgado
    • A blend of traditional jazz foundations with a theatrical, modern twist.

 

Session 4 // 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM

  • Modern Jazz Blues - Maria Benjamin
    • A lyrical jazz class fusing multiple dance styles.
  • Hip Hop - Jazmyne Jenkins
    • Explore hip hop technique, grooves, and choreography in a high-energy environment.
  • Folklorico - Luis Aviles Gonzalez *Mesa College Faculty
    • Experience vibrant movement, rhythm, and cultural traditions in a supportive space.
