Stretches and Exercises



Injuries and strains can occur at many different times throughout your workday.  Before you take on a strenuous task make sure your body is ready.  You can perform many different types of stretches to prepare yourself.

Discomfort can also occur if your job task requires you to be in the same position throughout the day or if you are doing repetitive tasks.  It is important to stretch or exercise though the day.
