Career Ready Guide

  • This is a FREE online interactive course designed to help you understand, assess, and develop the "power skills" also known as career readiness competencies, companies seek when hiring today's employees. Each chapter takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Chapters are self-paced and you can choose which chapter you start and in any order.
  • Enroll in the Online Career Ready Guide by creating an account at CareerSpots Login - DigitalChalk. Connect with the Career Center with your name and CSID # by phone (619-388-2777), email at mesacareer@sdccd.edu, or by visiting us on the 3rd floor of the Student Services building (I4-306) for the new 2024 code. When filling in the information to register, use the access code that is given to you.
