Welcome to San Diego Mesa Evaluations! We are here to support you with graduation and commencement.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to students in obtaining their degrees/certificates and ensuring their participation in the annual commencement ceremony. We are committed to promoting academic success, recognizing achievements, and empowering students to reach their educational goals.

Application for Graduation Deadlines:
NOTE: Deadlines are final. If you are earning a degree and/or certificate, you are required to apply for graduation. "Graduation" is a multiple step process of developing an educational plan with a counselor, completing your course requirements, and submitting an application for graduation.
November 15, 2023 - Deadline to apply for graduation and be a Fall 2023 graduate. Students filing after this date will be a Spring 2024
graduate.
Spring Graduation Deadlines:
February 15, 2024 - Deadline to apply for graduation for students transferring to a CSU in Fall 2024 who are completing an Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) or an Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T). Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT).
March 15, 2024 - Deadline to apply for graduation and ensure your name will be included in the commencement program. **Students filing after this date, but before April 30, 2024 will still be Spring 2024 graduates, but their name may not be in the commencement program.**
April 30, 2024 - Deadline to apply for graduation and be a Spring 2024 graduate. Students filing after this date will be a Summer 2024 graduate.
Summer Graduation Deadline:
July 31, 2024 - Deadline to apply for graduation and be a Summer 2024 graduate. Students filing after this date will be Fall 2024 graduates.
