Instructional Services
Welcome
The Mesa College Office of Instructional Services is responsible for all of the college's educational programs. With the assistance of deans, instructional staff, department chairs, and faculty, the college's instructional programs are proposed, developed, and implemented for the primary purpose of providing opportunities for students to achieve their desired educational goals. Such goals include baccalaureate and associate degrees, certificates of achievement and proficiency in many career and technical education areas, and diplomas and certificates.
The division, led by the vice president of Instruction, oversees articulation, catalog production, class scheduling, curriculum, and the administration of the college's educational programs. It is organized into eight schools:
- Arts and Languages

- Mathematics and Natural Sciences
- Health Sciences and Public Service
- Business and Technology
- Social/Behavioral Sciences and Multicultural Studies
- Exercise Science, Health Education, Dance and Athletics
- Learning Resources and Technology
