“Classes at Mesa are only $46 per unit,” stated President Pamela Luster. “In addition, the majority of our courses are transferrable to the CSU or UC system, and many classes are offered on-line. We are making it really easy for ANY student to get the credits that they need to complete their degrees.”

Mesa College is recognized for having the largest number of students who earned degrees designed to transfer to the California State University system in 2015. This is an important consideration for many students who want to earn a higher degree.

This summer’s offerings, which include both on-campus and online classes, are the most ever offered by Mesa College.  Students have several sessions to choose from, including four-week, five-week, six-week, and eight-week courses, with sessions starting as early as June 5 and as late as July 10. Core summer classes include Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and many of the classes offered are pre-requisites for Fall courses.

Classes aren’t only for students pursuing a four-year degree. Students interested in Career Education, and who want to gain in-demand job skills can take classes such as Accounting, Business, Child Development, Computer Science, Culinary Arts, Fashion, Fitness, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Health Information Technology, Hospitality, Medical Assisting, Multimedia, Phlebotomy, Real Estate, and Web Development.

Open registration for Mesa College begins May 30. Classes are $46 a unit for California residents. Visit Mesa’s College Summer 2017 webpage to learn more, view the schedule and register for classes.
