Dear Supervisor/Mentor: Thank you for participating in the Work Experience course and thereby enabling your employee/intern and our student the opportunity to earn college credits and transition his/her learning to the work place. We have begun documenting how this program impacts the students in college, but also are interested in the impact this course has for the student in the workplace. We strive for ongoing improvement in order to better serve our students, the community and the workplace. By completing this survey, you help us with this goal.
