Dawn comes to Mesa from San Diego Continuing Education where she has provided counseling to students with disabilities for the past twenty years. Dawn also has taught ESL at San Diego Continuing Education and was a co-developer of the Acquired Brain Injury Program offered on the Mesa campus. Dawn earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University. She brings a passion for assisting students with disabilities to reach their academic and career goals and has extensive knowledge of working with students with varying disabilities including acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities.
