Come meet the staff in the Career Center and learn about the services our department offers students in choosing their major/career pathway and finding jobs/internships.

►Student Career Day at Cisco Live:

Interested in a tech-related career? Come to the Student Career Day at Cisco Live! At the San Diego Convention Center on June 11th!

  • It's FREE
  • You WILL NOT be sitting around watching Power Point lectures.
  • Ask career questions from people in the Tech Industry in small groups.
  • Build something cool in the interactive Maker's Faire
  • Interactive DevNet area where you will learn about the "Internet of Everything"
  • Participate in a scavenger hunt with prizes through the Cisco Live! expo floor with potential to meet future employers
  • Hear 2 Keynote speakers including Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs.
  • Free breakfast AND lunch.

Employer Visits to Campus

Mesa College hosts employers on campus at the Fall job fair in October and the annual Career Opportunities Expo in April. Special employer visits to campus that are hosted by the Career Center will be posted here and the employers will be located at tables in the breezeway between the cafeteria and bookstore. BRING YOUR RESUME!!!

Job Fairs

Job fairs are good places to meet multiple representatives from various organizations during a short period of time. At job fairs students are provided the opportunity to network with employers regarding current job or internship openings, obtain information about the company, submit an application or resume, and network for future opportunities.
