Description: This course is the fourth in a series of four courses in progressive resistive weight training. This course covers the proper use of weight lifting machines, cardio exercise equipment and alternate methods of resistive training and lifting of the free weights. This class is designed for students interested in a healthy lifestyle as well as exercise science majors.
