PHYE 103 Aerobic Dance

Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Option

Description: Aerobic Dance is a rigorous exercise course designed to increase both the fitness levels of participating students and their understanding of what constitutes a safe and effective exercise program. Instruction includes a balanced exercise program of aerobics, toning, stretching, and relaxation along with discussion of related health topics. This course may be taken four times for credit.
