Joe has a B.A. in Digital Entertainment and Interactive Arts with a concentration in Cinematic Arts from National University, San Diego; graduating Cum Laude. He is continuing his studies pursuing a M.S. in Educational and Instructional Technology at National University. Joe also has an A.S. in Multimedia from San Diego Mesa College and an A.S. in Communication with an Emphasis in Radio and TV and dual-Specialization in Video/Film and Multimedia from San Diego City College.
Joe has worked for the San Diego Community College District since September 1994. He worked as an hourly Instructional Assistant for Miramar College in the Learning Resource Center before coming to Mesa College Independent Learning Center in October 1996. Joe has a strong media background with over 25 years experience in media. He shares his knowledge and experience by periodically providing technical support to the Mesa College Audio-Visual Department.
