Ms. Khalil comes from a background of nursing, graduating from the California Hospital School of Nursing, and working in her field at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Medical Personal Pool (in San Diego) and for Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Ca. Her advanced degrees were earned from United States International University in San Diego and is currently a Doctoral candidate. She has been with Mesa College since 1979 as an adjunct instructor, Dean and full professor.
