Teddy Scribner possesses a Master's of Science degree in Physical Education from Brighman Young University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Record Administration from Loma Linda University. From 1983 to the present, she taught in the Medical Records Technology program at San Diego Mesa College as a part-time instructor. From 1978 to 1982 she was an assistant professor in the Medical Record Administration program at Loma Linda University. From 1981 to 1982 she taught ART courses and medical terminology at Crafton Hills Community College. Previous to that time, she taught physical education at Mt. Eden High School. From 1985 to the present, she has been the Assistant Director of Medical Record/Word Processing Manager at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego. Prior to that time, she was the clinic records manager at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in Rancho Bernardo. From 1974 to 1976, she was employed as a Medical Record Technician at Fallbrook Hospital. (Medical Records Technology)
