FALL 2009 APPLICATION PROCESS
The Fall 2009 Scholarship Application process will begin in December 2009.

Steps to Completing Your Scholarship Application
- Review the complete listing of available scholarships. THE FALL 2009 SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS WILL BEGIN IN DECEMBER. SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED IN SPRING 2010.
- Read bulletin to determine which ones you qualify for
- Copy the application from the web or pick up in H 500
- Copy the Application Biographical Questionnaire and attach to each scholarship you apply for (except the ones that have their own questionnaire Suggestion: Make copies of the filled-out Biographical questionnaire to use with each scholarship you apply for.
- Write essay ( Writing Center)
- Get letter(s) of recommendation (ask early, not at the last minute!)
- Obtain letters of recommendation
General Requirements for Mesa Scholarship
- Completed Biographical Questionnaire
- Completed Essay as required in the Scholarship Supplement
- Attached Letter of Recommendation if required in the Scholarship Supplement
- Completed and signed Financial Needs Statement if required in Scholarship Supplement
- Signed and completed packet needs to be brought to the Student Affairs Office in H500

This is in addition to the support staff in Student Affairs.
