San Diego Mesa College is committed to the goal of developing academic, instructional and vocational programs for our students and faculty. The purpose of these programs is to provide opportunities for individuals to gain valuable cross-cultural experience, and become world citizens.
In the past, international education programs have been primarily administered by four years colleges and universities. Community College students have had fewer opportunities. Since understanding of diverse peoples and cultures is becoming increasingly important in this era of instant communications and international business opportunities, Mesa College and the SDCCD are committed to providing more opportunities for our students and faculty to participate more fully in global educational programs.
