Evening Supervisor will be called by faculty reporting evening absences after 4pm and the evening supervisor will then contact the appropriate Dean/Administrative staff of evening faculty absences through e-mail.
Instructors reporting absences should also email/call their appropriate Dean/Administrative staff the next day and submit the leave of absence paperwork.
Evening Supervisor/Evening Assistant will be contacted by Dean/Administrative staff to post absence notices for evening classrooms.
