This scholarship is open to sophomore students or recent graduates (since May 2003) who are transferring to a 4 year institution in Fall 2007. Applicants must show financial need and have a GPA of 3.50 or better. The Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship awards up to $60,000 per student.
Students should check Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, for application materials. Return the appropriate forms to the Faculty Representative, Alison Primoza by December 8. Two students will be nominated for the award. The students will then be put into a pool of nation-wide candidates and a handful of recipients will be chosen by the Foundation next year.
