Culinary Arts/Management at Mesa College
The Mesa College Culinary Arts/Culinary Management program is one of the few in the nation that serves a menu to the public, four days a week, in a restaurant-replicated environment, as part of the laboratory, preparation, and service curriculum requirements. Students learn in real-time and obtain immediate feedback from both instructors and those served. Students, faculty and staff and our community neighbors reap the benefit of extraordinary meals served at unbelievable prices.
Both lunch and dinner are served at the M Fusion Cafe, located behind the main cafeteria in H-105, on the Mesa College Campus. Free parking is available for the dinner service. Click here for a map, directions and parking information.
M Fusion Lunch Service:
Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM through December 10.
- The M Fusion menu changes daily -- FRESH fish, chicken, certified Angus beef, fresh baked bread, handmade dessert and much more as student's work to master their culinary arts skills. Enjoy their daily creative flair and skill, as they learn to become the professionals needed to support today's modern culinary industry. Don't miss "Free Dessert Thursdays."
M Fusion Supper Club Dinner Service:
Monday and Tuesday 4:15 - 6 PM, through December 8.
- "The M Fusion Supper Club" features the talent, skills and cuisine created by students enrolled in the gourmet restaurant portion of the Culinary Art/Culinary Management Program. The Supper Club is perhaps the top culinary secret in town.
Dinners feature:
Four-Course Meal - Including Soup or Salad and Amuse Bouch
Choice of Entree and Dessert for only:
$14.00 - Including Coffee or Iced Tea - Included Tax

Going Green:
M Fusion is going green. We have steadily changed from Styrofoam and other oil based products. We have adopted "cradle to cradle" disposables to help minimize the to-go 'footprint'. In addition, we will continue to bring new "green" products in as they become available to our program. We do not have plastic bags for to go, so please bring a reusable sack for to-go items. All of our herbs from our Mesa's 3 organic gardens located on the M Fusion patio, on the side of the "G" building and in the P300 area.
Gingerbread culinary creations on display!
Mesa College culinary students competed in a sugar-coated culinary competition on Wed., Dec. 2.
The creations will be on display in MFusion Culinary Laboratory through December 11; luncheon is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mon-Thu.
