Description: This course is designed to provide students with a fundamental working knowledge of voice, data, and video telecommunications that can be applied in their business and personal lives. The course introduces telecommunications networks, transmitting, receiving, and satellite technologies. Topics covered in this course include basic communication theory, fundamentals of telephone systems, components of data communications systems, and basic Web page development using an HTML editor.
