BLDC 061 Construction Practices II
Description: This course is a practical study of building practices. Emphasis is placed on basic carpentry and finish techniques as well as the integration of plumbing and electrical systems in residential buildings. Topics include coordinating with other trades, building codes and required regulatory inspections. This course is intended for students in the construction management or inspection programs and anyone interested in residential construction practices.
