Description: This is an interdisciplinary course for art students and others who are interested in book arts. The course emphasizes visual form, physical structure, and expressive potential of the artist-made book, including essential elements, tools, and processes. Students construct books in Western and Asian traditions and use these concepts to create unique forms. This course is cross-listed as Art Graphic Design (ARTG) 174A.
