Description: This course is a hands-on study of website customization using open source tools. Emphasis is placed on creating and maintaining blogs and content management system(CMS). Students create and manage email and listservs, and manage tools and features available through a web hosting provider. This course is intended for students studying web design and professionals updating their skills. This course may be repeated three times to update skills as technologies change.
