Description: This course is a study of California Real Estate law. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of the law to legal problems arising from real estate transactions, statutory enactment and case law, legal instruments, zoning ordinances, and city and county planning decisions. This course applies toward the State's educational requirements for the broker's examination and as an elective for the salesperson's license.
