Description: This course is designed for the student in the Fitness Specialist Certificate Program to learn how to assess cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body fat, pulmonary function, and blood pressure and evaluate the results. Emphasis is placed on determining the appropriate test, conducting the test, evaluating the results, and creating an exercise program.
