Description: This course provides an overview of the dynamic field of multimedia. Through lecture and demonstration, students learn about the design theory, processes, hardware, software, and career opportunities in multimedia production. Students that are interested in creating web sites, animation, video production, graphic design would benefit from taking this course. This introductory course is required for the Associate in Science Degree in Multimedia and all certificates of completion in Multimedia. This course, or sections of this course, may be offered through distance education.
