Description: This course emphasizes progressive instruction and practice of basic fundamentals through advanced track and field skills. Target audience includes students who are interested in Intercollegiate Track and Field. The topics covered include sprinting, hurdling, jumping, and throwing techniques/skills, rules, and basic officiating. This course may be taken four times for credit.
