PSYC 262 Health Psychology

Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Option

Description: This course surveys concepts and applications of psychology that are effective in the areas of optimizing health and the delivery of treatment, including behavior analysis and cognitive interventions and prevention techniques. Perspectives of health psychology research and how it leads to better medical care are discussed. The course is open to any student who has an interest in the study of the interrelationships of health and psychology.
