Print & Mail Services
The Printing and Mail services Department assists faculty, staff and students in graphic, clerical and printing needs, which include: Copy/Print, Wide Format Printing, Color Printing, Laminating, Stapling, Collating, Book Binding, Immediate Copy Service, Mail Service, Fax Service, and Adjunct Voice Mail.
Copy/Print Services
You must register in the work order system before sending a print job.
This service is provided in MC-215. Your file must be print ready, and must have a 1/4" margin on all sides.
Originals on white paper with black ink make the best copies. Colored paper and some computer printed material cause shaded background, making the copies illegible. Pencil, blue ink, or pastel colored print is very hard to copy.
Color printing up to 5 copies for faculty, if you require more than 5 color prints you will need to get permission from your Dean.
All promotional printing ( Flyers, Poster, Rack Cards, Aframes, Banners, etc.) must meet Mesa College guidelines and standards requirements.
For more information please visit: Mesa College Guidelines and Standards.
When requesting copies from books or magazine articles, it is necessary to be aware of COPYRIGHT LAWS as we are required to comply with all provisions. The requestor assumes full responsibility for all copyright provisions.
We require a 24 hour turn-time for print requests. If you have a job that requires a faster turnaround time, please call Printing Services for assistance. 619-388-2764.
