Java Jive Espresso: 7 am – 2:30 pm
Pizza/Sandwiches/Salads: 10 am – 6:30 pm

Terrace Café(Location: 4th floor, Student Services Building)
(Closing hours for this location are dependent upon when the Student Service Building closes for business for the day)
Allied Health Café(Location: Lobby of the S-100 Building, across from the Parking Facility)

Full lunch service prepared by future chefs enrolled in the Culinary Arts/Culinary
Management Program are served during Spring and Fall semesters. The M Fusion menu
changes daily, as students work to understand the nuances of this complex industry.
Please enjoy their daily creative flair and skill, as they work to become the professionals
needed in today’s growing industry. Fresh bakery Items from Mesa’s baking class are
also available for purchase. The dining area is located behind the main cafeteria

Made Fresh Daily – Soup, Salad, Entrees, Vegetables, Starches and Dessert.
Entree Prices Vary - $7.00 - $9.50
Dinner Service: Mesa Gourmet Bistro (Location: H-105, behind the Cafeteria)
Gourmet meals prepared by our advanced culinary students are offered beginning the second week of fall semester. Sorry, no Spring or Summer service. Dinner service is offered a la carte from $3-$15, or a five-course prix fixe menu at $18.
